Rules and Regulations
These rules explain the conduct expected when using Reddy Book and the checks users should make before participating in sports betting or casino games. They cover account ownership, payments, wagering, promotional participation, and reporting problems.
Read them together with the Terms and Conditions and the rules displayed for each market or game. If a condition is unclear, request clarification before proceeding. Service-specific requirements should be available before you commit funds.
Account Ownership
Register with accurate details and keep your contact information current. Your account is intended for your personal use and must not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared.
Do not create additional accounts to obtain repeated bonuses, avoid restrictions, or conceal activity. If you already hold an account but cannot access it, seek recovery assistance before registering again.
You must not place wagers or process transactions on behalf of someone else. Any verification information submitted should belong to the account holder.
Eligibility to Participate
Users must be at least 18 years old and meet any higher age requirement applicable to them. Participation is also subject to location restrictions and other eligibility conditions.
Do not register using an incorrect date of birth, another person’s identity, or information intended to bypass access controls. An account must not be used by a child, including under an adult’s supervision.
Website access alone does not establish permission to gamble. Check the restrictions applicable to your location. We do not encourage illegal betting.
Verification Requirements
Account functions may require checks confirming identity, age, or payment ownership. Submit valid information through the approved route and respond accurately to requests for clarification.
Do not alter documents, misrepresent their contents, or submit records belonging to another person. Where information is incomplete or inconsistent, further checks may be necessary before an affected function can proceed.
If you do not understand a document request, ask what is needed and how it should be submitted before sending sensitive material.
Passwords and Access
Keep your password, recovery details, and verification codes confidential. Use a unique password and avoid saving it on equipment shared with other people.
Check the access address before entering credentials. If you suspect someone else has used your account, report the issue promptly through the published support channel.
Support enquiries should never include your password, OTP, payment PIN, or card security code. Ownership checks should take place through the designated verification process.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests must use accurate destination details belonging to the account holder. Review the available balance, transaction limits, verification conditions, and any relevant promotional requirements before submitting.
Keep the request reference and monitor its recorded status. A pending request should be checked before another instruction is submitted for the same funds.
Processing estimates may depend on account checks and payment-provider arrangements. If a request is delayed or restricted, ask for the reason and whether further information is required.
Deposit Rules
Use a payment method accepted through your account and belonging to you. Before transferring money, check the recipient details, amount, applicable limits, and any disclosed charges.
Retain the transaction reference until the deposit appears correctly. Do not assume that an unsuccessful screen message means no payment occurred.
If funds leave your bank account without appearing in the platform balance, request a status check before paying again. Report any unexplained credit or balance discrepancy rather than using funds you believe were added incorrectly.
Live Betting and Technical Interruptions
Live prices and market availability can change quickly. Review any price-change message before accepting it, and check the odds recorded after submission.
Broadcasts, scoreboards, and statistical feeds may be delayed. They should not be treated as guaranteed real-time information or the sole authority for settlement.
If a page freezes during submission, check account history before trying again. Report the approximate time and relevant reference so the activity can be investigated.
Sports Betting Rules
Before confirming a wager, review the event, market, selection, stake, odds, and settlement conditions. A choice shown in the bet slip is not necessarily an accepted bet.
Check the accepted record after submission. Do not assume you can cancel or amend a wager once it has been accepted; any available option depends on the published conditions.
Different markets may use different settlement periods. Regular time, extra time, individual innings, sets, and other event segments should be distinguished carefully.
Interrupted fixtures, abandoned events, retirements, ties, and incorrect listings must be handled according to the relevant market rules. Raise disputed settlements using the bet reference.
Promotional Participation
Each offer has separate conditions. Check eligibility, activation requirements, qualifying deposits, wagering obligations, expiry dates, and withdrawal restrictions before opting in.
Do not use false details, duplicate accounts, coordinated activity, or other prohibited methods to obtain promotional benefits.
Any action affecting bonus funds should relate to the published terms and an identified issue. Ask for an explanation if you do not understand an adjustment.
Casino Game Rules
Read the instructions for the specific casino game and version before staking money. Confirm the minimum and maximum bets, payout structure, and conditions for additional features.
Side bets, bonus purchases, and other optional actions may increase the total amount committed. Check that amount before starting a round.
Connection interruptions and unfinished rounds are subject to the game provider’s applicable rules. Use the round reference when requesting a review. Previous results and demonstration play do not predict future outcomes.
Reviews, Restrictions and Complaints
Suspected breaches may require a review and proportionate restrictions on affected account functions. Findings should determine further action, with relevant explanations provided where appropriate.
For a complaint, describe the issue and include supporting references. Keep the case number and request clarification if the response does not address your concern.
Review updated rules when notified of material changes. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Prohibited Behaviour
Fraud, identity misuse, money laundering, unauthorised account access, and interference with platform systems are prohibited.
Do not exploit a technical fault or use software that breaches the service rules. Report suspected errors through support instead.
Communications with staff and other users must remain respectful. Threats, harassment, impersonation, and attempts to obtain another person’s private information are unacceptable.
